  Steve Alexander at Redline Electrical Services just completed my purchase and installation of a Generac whole house generator. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Steve took care of everything from assessing my needs for a generator, selecting the proper unit and installation. The entire process was performed promptly and professionally.   We have a generator installed by another company. After Hurricane Sally, we noticed install issues. My wife found Steve and Redline Electrical and he responded during the storm. He is polite, patient, and professional. He found the problem and had a fix. He worked late into the night and the system is working great. He serviced our generator. He did what the original install company didn’t even bother to do. If you are installing a generator in Baldwin in retrospect there is no better person. He works tirelessly. He is the consummate professional. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. By far the best around this area.

  I selected Redline Electrical based on online reviews and suggestion threads I found on social media. I'm glad to be adding to their very positive ratings. Steve was very professional and courteous. We had an issue show up on a home inspection with our breaker box and he was able to identify the problem quickly, provide suggestions for a solution and then finish the repairs properly without unnecessary costs. I highly recommend him and will be calling him again when I need an electrician.
