      I've had service from Redmond's for a few years now and have always had good experiences and service. Technicians have always been professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about our system. It's refreshing to know that there are people that still care and provide excellent service just like old times. Thank you folks for your great service.

      I highly recommend Redmond's Complete Comfort! The folks who answered the phone were very helpful with going over my options, their services, and scheduling possibilities. Andrew, the technician who was sent was outstanding. He explained in a clear manner how my system was working and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was above and beyond accommodating my personal situation of having my dog here who I was worried might be nervous or fearful. I hope to be working with him again for our next scheduled maintenance appointment.

      The tech that came to do the service was great! He was helpful and explained everything, answering all our questions! My problem lies in having to wait a week to get my furnace looked at when it was throwing a code all week, they waited until it stopped giving us heat. So at 3am on Sunday, we wake up to no heat and we have a 9 month old. So I call they tell me they will be out today, so we not only get charged for fixing the problem, but the overtime/weekend charge because they decided to not come in a timely fashion or the first two times I call.

      Kelly, I apologize that we have not provided you with the level service you deserve. We label each call that comes into our company in terms of the information provided. On 1/22 we answered some questions regarding the heat acting up but you had heat and at one point you told us it was 74 degrees in the home. So this level of call is a lower priority than someone that has no heat at all. We did our best to try and make it to you as soon as we could but since you had heat unfortunately, you kept getting bumped for those who did not have heat. We finally decided to lock you into an appointment on 2/2/2022 to see what was going on with the furnace. Then when you called in over the weekend you still had heat but we decided to send out a technician at your request. (When the technician arrived over the weekend your heat was still operating and the house was heating) The technician made some minor adjustments and recorded the information. I am really not sure where the 2-star rating came from if it was because you got charged, this was an error on our part and your card never got processed. When you are not in our system as a club member the technicians see this as a billable charge, another item to note is that you stated that you were charged after hours rates, which in fact you were not charged after hour rates your charges are the normal non-club member pricing, but again we did not process your CC because this is part of our warranty using RCC. I understand you were disappointed and I apologize for that. We will strive to do better next time. The technician did mention back in August that you should sign up for our Silver program if you would still like to do that please contact our office. Thank you for Trusting RCC
