  My breaker box was giving me troubles by not consistently providing power, and on the day I called RES, they came by that same day. They replaced the main breaker when it was figured out that was the problem, and they have regularly checked in with me to make sure the power hasn't given me any more issues. The regular check ins are the reason I left this review since it shows they're dedicated to their work, and I would highly recommend this group for any electrical repairs!

  Very professional. Very focused on getting job done efficiently yet timely. Conscientious about surroundings- gates, clean up, timing of arrival. Explanations of services clear and succinct. Asks customer if they have any questions or concerns. Feel very safe with their professionalism and presence.

  RES is awesome. I can't say enough about how great Richard and his team is. We needed to update our home from a 100 amp to a 200 amp box, remove some double taps, and grounding. Richard came to Danville and provided a great break down of a solution to get the 200 amp box installed. His quote was very reasonable. Leading up to the work start date, he became our advocate when getting the project to be agreed upon with the city. That part was very stressful, so having him take on the city and win was a great relief. On the start day, he and his team were on time and prepared. The upgrade was a total success and the execution was of the highest quality. Apparently, we were just in time with the upgrade because the old wiring was at fire hazard level. All in all, reach out to Richard..Super friendly and professional guy. Great quality. He even brought our dryer up to code by rewiring it and running the duct to vent outside of the home.
