  This company was assigned to my house by my home warranty. The lady Courtney who answers the phone is extremely rude and has extremely poor customer service. They wouldn’t even give me a report after asking for what they evaluated and determined! She hung up on me twice. The electrician then became rude. I would never use this service. I could have been treated this way bc of my last name…not sure why the lady was so rude to me in the beginning. I did get sassy back with them after I was treated with such disrespect as a paying client. They also were nasty to my realtor when she tried calling to clarify things!!!

  The tech that came out was early, he was informative and professional and took care of the problem quickly and explained everything that he was doing in the house. I would give their numbers to everybody I know friends and family.

  I've had Relay Electric out to the house a couple of times to install new electrical outlets. I LOVE the way they asked questions about my thoughts on usage and made suggestions to improve what I was trying to do! Price was very reasonable and service was excellent!
