  From the first technician who came out to check our unit to the salesman and the technicians who installed our new system, we couldn't have been more pleased with the service, professionalism and price. The first technician carefully explained the problem and the options we had to fix or replace our unit. Our sales person Jason was awesome. He explained the units and thermostats so we would get what we wanted and needed for our home. He came in late Friday afternoon and stayed until all our questions were answered. The technicians were here bright and early Saturday morning and worked to get our new unit in place and working. All and all we are very pleased with Reliable Heating and Air!

  Chris was an amazing technician. He arrived right on time and went straight into assessing what was wrong with my furnace. The problem was a actually fixed quickly and the prices was very much affordable. Chris also took the time to answer any questions I might have had and actually provided great pointer for me to know if my furnace is properly working in the future. I would definitely use Reliable Heating & Air service again; most probably request for Chris.

  ***UPDATE**: They took the time to respond to my review but wouldn't take the time to call me. They're more concerned about reviews than doing what they've already been paid for. They have over $3k of my money held up and still no service. I truly regret the decision I made in choosing Reliable to repair my furnaces. They have made two appointments and have not kept either one of them. The first one they canceled and didn't have the decency to call, but thankfully I called and found out on my own. The second appointment I went to the house and waited for hours and no one showed. Every time I called, they wanted to remind me of the appointment window even when I asked for an ETA. My appointment was from 4-8, I called at 7 (3rd call) and they told me the tech was on the way. I asked why they haven't called me, I was told they call 30 minutes before and it's not quite 30 minutes yet. I called at 8 and now everyone is gone and I didn't get any service. So they have my payment and I have no service. I'll be contacting my attorney to see if they can reissue the check to another company and cancel the one sent to Reliable. Biggest mistake I've made.
