  David and Brian over at Reliable were amazing to work with! I live out of state, but my family in Hays, who had been without AC for days was struggling to find someone to fix their unit. I was referred over to Reliable by several friends. Reliable was able to go out the same day I called. They were genuinely caring and respectful towards my family. We are beyond satisfied with the knowledge, expertise, and kindness throughout the process. Highly recommend Reliable Air!

  I called Reliable on Friday afternoon & Dave was at my house within two hrs. He changed a part in the furnace & told me to call if there was a problem. I called on Saturday morning as it still wasn’t working. He came to my house & found the problem quickly. He’s dependable, knowledgeable & professional. I highly recommend Reliable.

  Called on a Friday at 5:15 pm with no heat/furnace. Mitchell was here with in 30 minutes, was able to get heat going quickly. Have used Reliable before and they are always quick and provide good customer service.
