This is a spot that has at times made it possible for me to get things I need. I have dealt with them thru the years with not to much problem.I rented a washer and after I was able to buy my own I ask for a pick up. They eventually came but would not reimburse me for the overpayment but they did harass me for weeks after they had their machine. I not only should get the overpayment back but also an apology for the harassment. Never again will I deal with this sort of bullish behavior.

The staff was incredibly rude, took my appliance for over two months brought it back to me still broken. I only had it for 6 months no reason for it to break when i called about it someone who "worked" there and very rude poor excuse of a manger put all the blame on me! I before them did business there a few times before but never again.

I absolutely love this store! Cassie and Jacob are AWESOME and more than willing to help anyone in any situation at the store! Cassie also is AWESOME at finding products really quick that she doesn't have in stock! Awesome people and great stuff at reasonable budget prices!!! A++++ store & staff!!!!
