  Danny and his team are professionals. I’ve used them twice now and they are knowledgeable and accurate. This time they installed a power receptacle on the exterior of the house for a generator to plug into. On the inside they installed an interlock kit onto the power distribution center, giving direct power to individual circuit breakers during a power outage. The two-man team was courteous and efficient. Although they vacuumed, they were unable to pull up the mud that was tracked into the basement carpet. After learning about the mud, Danny offered to have the carpet professionally cleaned. Not only did he do that, but he actually immediately purchased boot covers for the crew to prevent it from happening again in the future. Nobody is perfect, but these guys cleary try to perfect their craft every chance they get, whether that is electric projects or customer service. The total project cost was less than $1000. For the time of two men and all equipment except for the generator itself (obviously) and the 30-amp cable needed to connect the generator to the house - this to me is great value. Best of all I didn't have to electrocute myself. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with electrical needs and will use them again in the future.

  Very professional! Told me he'd arrive to my home within 30-45 minutes. Showed up in exactly 30. So, there's punctuality. Explained to him the issue I was having, and he knew exactly what to do. As he worked, he explained to me what he was doing and how it worked. All in layman's terms. Having good customer service skills is a must when you're dealing with the public. It came way too easy for these guys. Very personable. You can tell when a person loves what they do. I have more electrical work that I want done. I can assure you that I will be contacting Residential Electric. I HIGHLY highly recommend them for your electrical needs. GREAT SERVICE! 👍🏾 He even gave me a hand with my Ring Floodlight.

  This company is very professional and they do quality work. My initial contact was late in the evening when I had power loss at home. Dan did troubleshooting over the phone and was 100% correct. They have done recessed lighting in my basement and did a beautiful job. Yesterday my elderly mom who was recently widowed lost power. Dan had someone out there to help her within a half of an hour. It is hard to find quality work with people who genuinely care about others but Residential Electric and Dan go above and beyond.
