  This is the second time I've used RES. They do a great job diagnosing problems and implementing the correct solution. They moved a light switch with complicated wiring and restored power to my driveway gate. Previously, I had them install full house surge protectors. On that occasion, they noticed that some of the wiring in my breaker panel was incorrect and they fixed it at no additional cost. They are in high demand, no doubt because of the quality of service they provide, so it takes a little bit to get on the schedule. But it's been worth it every time.

  Unfortunately, I started to use this service to replace a dimmer switch and check on a kitchen light fixture. I was quoted $115.00 an hour plus the cost of the dimmer switch as Billy came out to assess what I needed and specifically said it would be about an hour’s worth of work. After 2 days Billy texted me a quote of $425.00!! So l guess the dimmer switches in my area cost $310.00 each!! BEWARE of phony reviews, any company can make up reviews and have their friends post them.

  The folks at RES came to my house to install a 220V outlet in my garage. I inadvertently sent them the wrong photo of the breaker box and they were still able to do the install for the same price even though it cost them extra time and material. The job was still done professionally and per the codes. I have no complaints on their excellent workmanship and appreciate that they were understanding of my spotty schedule availability. You can tell the folks at RES are honest and care about their reputation with the community. Even competing electricians bidding for the work had told me that they were a good outfit.
