Donald did the installation. Installation went smoothly and Donald answered all my questions and demonstrated the operation of the manual transfer switch. delighted with my experience.

  Jay was here yesterday to perform routine work on our furnace. He was thorough and excellent to project with--answered all my questions. I told him I had found a wasp nest outside in the furnace air intake pipe and had only been able to remove part of it. He solved my dilemma and suggested what I could do to prevent this from happening again. Great service.
