  Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I just left their with the intention of purchasing some electrical supplies but I had one simple question to ask before making my selection. As I was so rudely advised that, "If I dont know what I want they cant help me because they are to big of a company to deal with it." Are you kidding me, you dont have time to advise a customer to make sure they are getting the correct materials? I would welcome a conversation with managment to discuss their piss poor customer service.

  Prices are the best I have found. They will do a "Quick Ship" if I forget something on my regular ship days in Crystal River. Patti and here crew help me find parts that isn't even stocked by them.
