  I was in a pickle and needed an electrician soon. Rich responded quickly, arrived at my home within the hour, gave me an estimate (VERY REASONABLE) and immediately scheduled an appointment. He followed up the same day to confirm the appointment and I had an electrician here the next day! He followed up again to ensure the job was performed to my satisfaction. The work was done efficiently and neatly. I will be using them again!!!

  I called for service in the morning and no one called me back until the evening. Poor response time. I went with another electrician with satisfactory results. Maybe next time !.. Maybe Not !..
