Jim Hanss (Richard's brother) has been doing electrical work for our family for almost 10 years. He is a master electrician. I know that when Jim completes a job, it has been done right and to code. He is always willing to answer my questions during installations/updates, giving me a better understanding of why I may have been experiencing problems with outlets and switches in our 35 year old home. He's updated both interior and exterior outlets, installed ceiling fans, exhaust fans, chandeliers and flush mount lighting throughout my home. Jim even returned an after hours call I made at 9 at night to walk me through a problem I was having with an outlet. He diagnosed it over the phone and sure enough, the problem was easily fixed. I recommend him to all my family and friends. He's the best!
