  They are the friendliest and most knowledgable people about vehicle and trucks that need repairs. They treat their customers very well and kind. They did my interlock download and explained everything to me and were great to work with.

  Helpful front counter. Towed my truck when it was totaled. I've visited on several occasions and got a variety of service, including not so friendly, but after my truck was totaled they were helpful. Having me sign an affidavit to keep co-part from getting it before I told them to. When I came back to get my stuff from the vehicle, one 20 something guy, who was new, saw I needed help and helped me by getting tools I needed to dismount the rack & he stayed to help me out! This was so nice because no other person even asked me. I was stressed about loosing my vehicle and having to deal with a new payment, renting another vehicle in the meantime etc. I wish I got his name! Way to exceeded my expectations.

  Very impressed with Rick's Automotive. After 2 days at the dealership, they could not tell me what was wrong with my van's automatic door. It didn't take the guys at Rick's long to figure out what the problem was and fix it for a very reasonable price. Byrd went above and beyond with communication and making sure all issues with my van were resolved before I took it home. I would definitely recommend Rick's Automotive.
