  I worked in retail all my working life and have never been treated as an adult or as a human being in all my years, never have been showed appreciation or anything. I just recently decided to make a life change and go to work for this company that was the best decision I have made. They treat me as an adult, I get told I am appreciated everyday, I get to work with some of the nicest and helpful people and I actually get to work as a TEAM!!! I am so grateful that the good lord put on this path with this company and I plan to stay here as long as I can and as long as they are willing to keep me!!! 🤪 I can now say I have the best bosses and coworkers!!! And I can truly say and mean the words I LOVE MY JOB!!!!

  I am employed with Rick Shipman Construction Spent 27+ years with another company Wish I would have started with Rick from the beginning. Every company has issues. Shipman is by far the best I have worked for. It’s nice to work for a godly man. I plan on retiring here unless I get fired lol. I would recommend this company to anyone that was worth their salt. Is it Tough? Yes but what job isn’t. It’s called work for a reason.

  I have been in the commercial remodel business for several years. I worked for another company and sadly the owner passed. I really enjoyed working for them because I was treated like family and not just a number! I tried other contractors after that and wasn't comfortable at all. When Rick Shipman gave me an opportunity to work for his company...from the first day I have had that family environment that I was looking for and have been treated with respect and felt appreciated for the work I do! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to continue in the field I so enjoy!
