  I called with an electric emergency, my power was out in my mobile home, ( I now know a breaker overheated and tripped outside my home) Rickert Electric was my 11th phone call. Tammy listened to what my problem was but unfortunately her crews were on other jobs and couldn’t be pulled away. I thanked her for her time and suggestions and continued calling electricians. In the meantime, Tammy sought the help of one her crew and called me with suggestions and tips for things I could try while looking for an electrician. Tammy also called me hours after our initial calls to check and see how I made out. I never paid this company any money. I am a stranger to them. I live about an hour from them and they went above and beyond to check on me. Tammy was going to try to figure out someway they could help me, if I hadn’t resolved my problem. You cannot go wrong doing business with these good people, that level of concern tells the true character of the folks here.
