  Chuck was our service technician who came out to inspect our electrical box with terminated wires. They were quick to schedule withawith promptly on time! Chuck was friendly and professional, he was able to correct our issue and was knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend, and was glad I was able to find a local company for our needs!

  Chuck was out on a job, up in a bucket, wind whistling round the extremities when he called me. I had called the company because my phone line had died within the house, and a very nice and understanding lady I spoke to in the office called him on his cellphone. He said she was concerned about me, so he called me to set up a time that day. He arrived sooner than I'd expected, and did an intricate job of rewiring outlets, bypassing and connecting, which took time. And he explained what he was doing because I am nebby. Beautiful job, worked great and a very nice man. Considering the amount of time and testing to diagnose the problem, and the subsequent work fixing it, I say the cost was very reasonable. We are really pleased.
