Get a quote in writing if you are going to use Rimar Electric. I only got a verbal quote for the "worst case scenario" of having to re-install an entire line. Ultimately his guys only replaced 21 ft (vs. 270 ft.) and he still charged me for a full day of work even though the scope of the job decreased dramatically. They did not come prepared with the supplies needed for the job, and billed me for the time spent on 2 supply runs, even though William had been there previously to give me a quote, and the job actually got much smaller. After I caught a $600 billing "calculation mistake" in his favor, and getting a closer look at the invoice breakdown, there were other discrepancies which he was unwilling to acknowledge or address. The electric issue was resolved, but not worth the hassle of dealing with someone like this.

Customer was super excited when we arrived and when we left and the customer even complimented on the job the guys did. The scope was converted from a quoted project to a investigate & repair project to try to save the customer money which we did by around a $1000.00 but then they want to bisect the quoted job and relate it to the T&M project which price was never discussed because I knew we could most likely find the issue but pricing that was not an option in the field because we had no idea what we would find. We did the job and they have had power for two weeks and we have still not got a check and as far as over pricing I offered them to send what it was worth but we never got that check so the deal is now gone and we are asking for a check for a job completed as requested. We did adjust the over charge as requested with no questions ask on the conduit, conduit is purchased per hundred and my guys wrote down the exact Linear feet of conduit used and that was where the mistake was made, but it was quickly corrected. I will sleep well knowing this customer was charged correctly to industry standards. Could she have been charged less? Probably but if she called today and there was an issue with what we did, we would return no questions ask and make the repairs. Im sorry we are at this point but to air it on social media shows the difference in people. Just one of those customers you cant make happy but we have thousands we have made happy over the years. Rimar Electric LLC Customer did make it right on their end and sent payment as invoiced. Although we disagreed over price our work is still guaranteed for a period of 1 year and we will be happy to honor this should something become faulty with our repair.

Had an issue with an odor coming from the breaker box. Called them and explained the problem. They came out much quicker than I was expecting, fixed the problem, seemed very thorough and the price was very reasonable I thought. If I ever need electrical work again, I'm calling Rimar.
