Called these guys yesterday. Not very pleased with these guys on a couple fronts. They are no way near the company they replaced Drainman. First off when you call, you never talk to someone. You always get their voicemail. Secondly when you do leave a message you won't hear from them in a couple days even in an emergency like a gas leak. God forbid you bother them on a weekend. Forget about any emergency service Third they won't do what the customer wants like install a tankless water heater. They tell you that they don't have anything to do with them. These people leave a lot to be desired. Sure miss Drainman
