  I called this company to see if they could help to repair a phone line for a 95-year-old woman living in Lombard and the representative who answered the phone hung up on me in the middle of a conversation. I called back to give him an opportunity to continue the conversation and offer suggestions. he hung up on me to more times. Do not do business with this company if this is the type of customer service that they are going to offer I would never recommend them to anyone. We were told by Comcast that to repair this phone line we had to use an electrician.
