  From the very beginning of this process, Robco Electric impressed me with their knowledge, willingness to answer all my questions, and their professionalism. Krystal, my contact person, kindly explained every step of the process for installation of my solar. The team that installed my system were all top notch. I was impressed by their team work, and the efficiency with which they handled their work every step of the way. I also give high marks for the software which was supplied to me at the time of launch. Krystal again walked me through the software, so that I am now able to check the system any time I wish. The software is very user friendly, with everything being very well displayed. It is easy to read and understand. Overall, this was quite a learning experience for me, with the promised success in the end. I was also made to feel free to contact Robco Electric if I have any questions in the future. I have given high praise to neighbors and others about this company and compliment their high standards. I am happy to recommend their services anytime. Thank you.

  We are very happy with our solar panels. We chose Robco because of their professional attitude, many of our friends used Robco, and we really loved the unique pigeon guards on the panels. Rok was great, responsive and was available every time we had a concern or a question. He was knowledgeable and had answers for us. They came the week of Thanksgiving and worked very hard to get the job done. The only complaint I had was someone spilled paint on our cement and didn't clean it up. They possibly didn't even realize they did it. We highly recommend this company and we definitely suggest that you call and ask for ROK.

  My solar system just went active 2 weeks ago and is working great. My experience with Robco was great, start to finish. Both Steven, the sales / customer service rep assigned to my account and the install crew were great. They were on top of the permit process, interaction and scheduling with the county and NV Energy, and walking me through the setup and monitoring. And the actual install looks great. The flashing they installed is much cleaner looking than some of my neighbors with mesh (or no) side panels. It's a real pleasure to do business with such a professional team.
