  I would give less stars if i could. They dont care what the customer wants. I asked for the ENTIRE deer to be hung for 7 days and be processed in jerly strips. It was ready three days later and only two small packs of jerky. The rest was ground for burger.

  Amazing service. You get what you kill here. Great breakfast sausage, and jerky. Absolutely the best processor I have ever used. Will only use them in the future.....love it.
