Friendly and professional and prompt and reasonable. They placed an outside light in the wrong place, but it was also my poor communication., so not really a mistake of theirs. They came back to fix it promptly at no charge, when they prob could have just left it as I had paid and agreed before they left. But they instead were super ethical. Lots of companies talk like they're honest mom and pop shops, but aren't really. These people were genuinely ethical, on top of doing a good job, and having reasonable pricing (I shopped around for quotes for the tesla charger). From the person who first came and did the quote, to the guys who came and installed (and corrected), and the owner who called to fix the miscommunication issue (after they had been paid).

Dakota and Gordon did a great job! They were knowledgeable on what I wanted done and even had the time to look into another particular issue. I always appreciate punctuality and they showed up early. Pricing was on par for what I expected plus wasn’t charged an extra fee for them to come out and do the work. I’ll definitely call Robert Baxter Electric again.

I had a full panel and new exterior power ran by this company. The gentlemen that did the work were all very nice. The quote was the best I could find and dealing with Robert himself was like talking to someone you know and trust. I appreciate their help and would be glad to call them back out for any future project.
