  Bill did not match what was quoted and over 2x the cost. Technician was slow and billed 5 hours for 1 outlet. Outlet was in and unfinished area and only required less than 70ft run to the exterior of the house. When questioned on the discrepancy, insufficient answers were given. Contractor did not run into any problems nor did they report any problems to me. Contractor did not provide standard documentation of a parts/labor breakdown as you would expect. I would not do business again due to poor communication. I could have ran this myself for less than $100.

  Hi Michael, First off, thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry that the outlet installation did not meet your expectations. Clearly, we fell short, and we apologize. Moving forward we will make sure that any discrepancies or additions that need to be made are clearly communicated. Unfortunately, sometimes when you start a job you realize the initial way the item was quoted will not be the best way to complete the project to ensure complete job satisfaction. Those changes should have been clearly communicated and they were not, and for that we are sorry. Again, thanks for your feedback as we strive to get better every day.
