  Rochester Loca Handyman did an amazing job! They fixed our porch railing to look better than ever. They were on time each day and completed the project on time. We were kept informed of the status every step of the way. We would definitely hire them again.

  This guy is a joke. Never came on time. Stood me up multiple times. I gave him multiple chances because I like to support black and brown businesses. Too bad he lost me as a customer. Unprofessional. He made it one time to do one thing, and took forever because he was late and unprepared . He doesn't even call to tell you he can't make it.

  I had been trying to get my leaky kitchen sink fixed for 2 weeks. Other companies either gave me the run around or were booked weeks out. I made one phone call to this company and they sent a tech out to my house within 30 minutes. The tech was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I didn’t even have to ask him to take his shoes off (doesn’t sound like a big deal, but have had workers come into my home before and not do it). He fixed the problem, ensured it worked and then cleaned the mess. It all took less than 30 minutes. It was also very affordable. I didn’t feel like I was getting screwed over because I didn’t know anything about how to fix the problem (which I feel like happens a lot). I plan on doing renovations to my home in the near future and they will definitely be the company I will be using.
