  Woke up to the smell of melting wires and plastic at 1am. Found and outlet melted, burn marks up the wall and the room filled with smoke. I called Rod, he talked me down to help sort out what to do next. While doing this he's getting in his truck to come over to inspect the problem. He took care of the issue, checked out my wiring, ensured my safety and gave me a very fair price for a middle of the night call at -10 temperature.
