  Called to book appointment to replace light switch. Got receptionist who transferred me to “residential “ was 1 on call list… after listening to their ads for generators and furnaces etc etc. for 5 min. I hung up. Might try again.

  Just moved to Racine. Mike showed up on time and was professional. I wanted to change out some outlets and light switches from black to white and make sure they were grounded properly. I also wanted an overhead fixture relocated and a ceiling fan moved. Mike reviewed the work and gave me a quote on the spot. I went ahead with the work, but remained concerned that the price was excessive. Spoke to customer service and they were prompt and responsive and worked with me on a fair price
