Technician and his co-worker were very knowledgeable & helpful. Took care of everything that I needed to have fixed and replaced. Explained everything and price before starting the work. Albeit, a little more expensive than I was expecting but had ALOTof work done. Cleaned up after job was completed. Would definitely use them again!!

My serviceman was friendly, smart and knew exactly what he was doing. Their commercials are effective! I called for the Service Call Special and Ben was there to fix my furnace issue within two hours. Their use of technology to enhance their customer service is fantastic. I would recommend Roman Electric any day.

1.The identification of the problem: Ryan S. was the plumber from Roman Electric Company who did a thorough courtesy, overview of the state of plumbing in my home. Frankly, I was surprised to discover that I had so many problems. Especially concerning was the state of the incoming water line as Ryan mentioned that it was in need of a change. Upon further inspection, I discovered that a iron connection had been connected to the copper lines that this connection was corroded. 2. The Action plan. To cut the long story short, I accepted the offer to get the main water connection redone, change some outlets traps and change the Kitchen faucet . 3. Action Because I was concerned about the status of the main water line, I requested and obtained a shortened timeline for the visit. Roman Electric contacted The City of Franklin to shut off the water on December 29,2021. Joel, from the City of Franklin, was the on time at 8 a.m. and Ryan was there soon after. The work was completed by 8 p.m. the same day and Ryan never flagged in his efforts to get the work done and in his enthusiasm to explain the various doubts that kept cropping in my mind. 4. Summary Ryan gave me the most important gift in that I have peace of mind with regard to the water service in my house. Roman Electric Should be commended for ensuring that customers like us can enjoy life under their superb skills of employees like Ryan. Thank you Roman Electric and Ryan. You are worth more than 5 stars.
