    No technician showed up at the scheduled service time. Was told to reschedule to next week after calling them several times. Very not professional and I wouldn't use them again.

    We had issues with our heat system that Romanoff installed (2 years after the fact). We got a quote from a different company and were quoted $2,700. Romanoff came out and did a free diagnostic and came in way under the price we were told!
