AWFUL!!! Paid 1040 and left my car for 3 days to get my BCM fixed. Picked it up and now there is no mileage on my car. I have been TRYING to get it reprogrammed for 2 weeks now and currently still getting the run around. I am told to come a certain day and when I come they tell me to come tomorrow. After paying OVER a thousand dollars you would expect for it to be fixed within a week but here I am still no miles on my car.

I have always remained silent but on this occasion I am going to answer this lady .. she sent me her vehicle on a tow truck without the engine running, she had already gone to another shop where they charged her alot even charged her to program the computer, spending her money for nothing, since nobody else had solved her problem on her vehicle, her vehicle being at my shop I fixed her engine problem in just 3 days, and it works very well and she took her car and refreshes herself with the mileage problem that it does not mark on her board, I simply tell her to leave it to me and see what the problem is, she brought it to me on Monday, January 24 2022 I received a call from the hospital and I could not attend to her that day but unfortunately she was furious and annoyed and put a bad review Due to this incident, for me my health is more important than any car since you can wait and my health can not… I apologize if I offend someone but this is what happened… Sincerely yours ROMO

WORST PLACE EVER! Left my car their for a whole week and they didn’t even look at it are touch it!! Never will I go to this place he also uses his health condition for a advantage! I had a 2007 300 Chrysler need electric work! He bites more then what he can choose

My battery light had been coming on on my car for months and we couldn't diagnostic it. We took my car in, he diagnosed it immediately and fixed the problem right away for a very fair price. I would definitely go back.

Would recommend Romo's Auto Electric 100%, Honest and very reliable. I Had had several big issues with the wiring and my center console not coming out of park he was able to fix It with no problems also gave us warranty. He was able to work on my vehicle all in one day which was a blessing due to my timely issues. Prices are unbelievable he works With you Especially now how everything is he is not going to break your pocket..Any issues Romo is your guy.
