  Ron did a switch from 120v back to 240v behind our gas stove (going back electric) Also had to install new 120 circuit from breaker box for microwave and move breakers and circuits around. Gave us an appointment two days out and completed the job on time with lots of questions answered about out household electrical issues/opportunities.... On time and very professional. I'll use him again. (More projects on the horizon)

  Ron Dorris Electric & Solar provides exceptional service and I have been recommending him and his team for years. I was referred to Ron Dorris a few years ago after having several horrible experiences with local electricians. My first impressions of Ron’s team were hard-working, extremely knowledgeable, honest, kind, good-natured people in integrity. Their work is of the highest quality. A few months ago, I invested in an in-home Generac generator through Ron Dorris Electric & Solar and Ron’s team once again exceeded my expectations. The team is organized and on it – they managed the process all the way through guiding me every step of the way. With most companies, I have to follow-up many times micromanaging the process, but not Ron Dorris's team! The customer service is the best I've ever experienced and it's not just the type of customer service that checks a box, it's real and genuine. Ron’s team is attentive, detailed oriented and takes great care in producing high quality work. I’m left feeling taken care of and cared for. The team is friendly, skilled and just all-around great people. I have built a great relationship with Michelle and Selena who answer the phones and when I call, they take the time to ask me how I’m doing. I lost power yesterday and both Michelle and Selena sent Adrian (the lead electrician on the job) over to my house within 15 minutes to finish the final install so I’d have power! Adrian walked me through every step of the process and when the power came back on, he stopped by on his own time to ensure the generator shut-off properly. Melissa who manages the entire generator process from start to finish was helpful, organized and took great care to ensure my needs were met every step of the way. Philip, who organizes the city inspections/permits, was communicative, always showed up on time and very responsive. I can't remember the names of the rest of the crew that installed my generator, but they were all fantastic as well.

  Highly recommend Ron Dorris E&S We had a problem with the houses's electrical circuits last week. The electrician, Justin, who diagnosed and fixed the system was very knowledgeable and professional. RD"s prices are very fair --- especially given the high quality of their work AND the fact that they honor their warranty on that work. Co. is definitely customer-oriented and a pleasure to deal with.
