  I contracted with Mr. Forbis to do a job on an electrical breaker box at my home. The job was never completed. After multiple failed attempts to call him and send emails, I contracted with another company. Although the job that he had performed was adequate and I paid him for his time, he did not complete the agreed-upon work. I will not recommend him to any of my friends.
