  Our stove fan lights do not work, we had them come out twice to “fix” the problem (and had to pay both times just for someone to come out) The lights stopped working soon after both times. We didn’t want to pay for them just to come back out again after not fixing it 2 times. They are very nice, but I don’t think it’s right to have to keep paying for someone to come out when they didn’t fix it the first time.

We spoke with your father immediately on the issue after we saw this review on his fan light not working on his stove which we last worked on in 2017. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.   My puppy chewed the wiring going to my A/C unit, I called them Friday afternoon and they were there within a hour or two and fixed it. Very nice guys.
