  Staff has no compassion. While going through a family member's loose ends after his unexpected passing, we found he has a few capital credit certificates. We called Roosevelt County Electric Cooperative and Leslie Roberts outlined a very lengthy process, including personally appearing before a judge in the county courthouse in order to cash them out. We live in another state. Another option presented to us was a very simple process which resulted in donating the funds from capital credit certificate. She committed to following up with us after the committee met on a potential simplified process since we are out of state.There has been no follow up phone calls or return calls to our attempts to reach a resolution. We've talked to three different people and not one of them has offered condolences for our loss. This is the only thing that we need to resolve to close the estate. Due to their lack of compassionate and apparent greed, they are delaying the process to close the estate which will allow our family to move on to the next steps of our grieving process . If you have another option for a provider, I suggest you look elsewhere,

  Dont like there service at all there trying to bill me $692.38 monthly and when i call them on it there like o we made a mistake an they say that my bill is only $116 and how did they come up with that and when you get upset cus there charging you too much they hang up on you .There something else
