  The worst online /over the phone payment ever, website doesnt load captcha and the toll free number has horrible instructions. I know they dont deal with that but they need to get the company representing them to do something about it...

  Last bill, they suddenly make up charges to avoid paying back your deposit. Real classy. Glad I don’t have to live there and deal with them anymore.

  Dont work with you at all called to try to setup payment arrangements and they said they dont do that worst water company i have ever dealt with
