  I had called 7 other electric companies, with absolutely no luck. My ac went out and the ac repair guy said it needed a electrician to take a look at the breaker. On the 8th the office woman said all the techs were out on jobs, and everyone else was training. I told her there were two small children and 3 dogs. It was getting hotter by the hour. She said give her 10 min and she would call back. 6 mins passed she called saying someone would be on the way. 5 more mins and the tech was driving down my drive way. He said he was at the spring lake fire dept doing some up keep. When he got the call, and heard two little ones where here, he told the firemen he would be back, that we were important. He came in and got it back to working. Never have I heard of a company so driven to help a family like us. A+++++++++
