Alex Ruiz III does not stand behind his work. Alex did not install a ceiling fan properly on a 3 way switch. He came out to correct the problem but charged me another $150 to do it correctly. He would not give me any consideration on the second $150. He said he really did not care. I was stuck so I paid him twice to do it correctly. I will never use him again. He is supposedly a master electrician. What happened is that everytime the ceiling fan was turned on it also turned on a stair light that could not be turned off unless the fan was also turned off Also, he also did not install all the parts on the ceiling fan when he installed it the first time. It was a large metal washer that I am sure had its place. He said it was an extra part. It was not. Never again. Glad I tried him on a small job before I gave him a big job.
