  It was a Sunday morning. Called about our power flickering. Arthur was courteous, honest, and professional over the phone as I explained what I was experiencing with my power. He recommended to contact the power company first before having him come out, as he believed that I had a faulty neutral on the meter side. Duke power confirmed what he had said. Thank you sir.

  These people are awesome! In the middle of the night my refrigerator and microwave, in fact one whole wall of my kitchen, the power went out. I called them and they actually walked me through diagnosing the issue and we got things working again! Thank you!

  Sry my pocket reviewed you. You are an amazing electrician you went out of your way to help us out whenever the electric over at Sandy’s went out not to mention it was on the weekend pretty sure Sunday. You didn’t have to do that but you had our backs thank you again
