  Im sure they would of done a good job..i got the highest referral...but they were so booked they couldnt see me for over a month so i didnt use them

  We called them out on a Saturday. We had no power and animals in the house.. it was a very hot day. We suspected the problem but we had no way to fix .. so we got a technician out and my husband told him what we thought.. the technician agreed and said he didn't have none of the stuff so he left.. he was there maybe 5 mins... and we got a bill for 145.00 I called to complain but owner never called me back ... so have a bad review over 145.00 or at least you could have called me back

  I am sorry you were not satisfied with your experience. However, according to our records, our after-hours technician was called out on a Sunday at 10:20. The temperature was 57 degrees that day. He arrived at 1:30pm and troubleshot electrical issues found inside house panel. The panel was getting fluctuating voltage when circuits were turned on. The technician told customer the breaker or wire was bad and needed to be changed. Husband said he was going to replace breaker and wire himself. All after-hour service calls (including troubleshooting) are charged at time and a half with a minimum of one hour. When we tried to return your call, your voice mail was full and would not take messages.

  I have, unfortunately, had several electrical problems in my condo. Fortunately, Rushing Electric has really taken the stress out of it. The prices were very reasonable. They arrived at the time stated. They fixed the problem. In one instance giving me a choice of several solutions. And my favorite, they cleaned up after themselves. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they were when I needed them the most.
