  Worst electrician ever. He was the electrician for C&F Builders in Lancaster and was the sub that did our electric. Horrible. I have had to replace just about every light fixture box in the ceilings because every one has fallen at some point. Why? Because he and his assistant used coarse thread drywall screws to hang the fixtures, then blamed it on a bad batch of plastic boxes! Coarse thread screws crack the holes and housing, and guess what happens over time? How bush-league is this guy???

  This electrician has to be one of the worst out there. Unfortunately we made the mistake initially of hiring them. We had them come to our house to install some ceiling fans and lights which you would expect to be very easy for an electrician. Not the case here. The lights kept falling from the ceiling. They came out multiple times but never got it right and then just disappeared. We got another Electrician out and they fixed it first try. Beware folks of Rutter Electric. They'll take your money and run .
