  I was having issues with my AC unit but the first guy (another company) feared it might be electric. My warranty company then selected S Contractors to come out and see if they could figure it out. I am so lucky that they did. Brent from SEC came out the very next day and was absolutely fantastic. Although the problem did NOT end up being electric, Brent was so helpful, polite, and thorough. I felt very at ease with his diagnosis. He checked every possible thing around the house - you know that feeling of when someone didn’t do their diligence but you don’t know enough to call them out - I never felt this way in fact the opposite. He went above and beyond to try and help. he then went ahead and called the warranty company back on my behalf to report the update and tell them what he thought was the issue, then showed back up to my house to tell me the status in person. If I ever DO need electrical help in the future, these are the guys I will call !

  Where do I begin. Prompt with coming out for an estimate. Once work began, they arrived on time and got to work immediately. The kept me informed of progress and issues they ran into and fixed what they could in the process of fixing what they were paid to fix. Excellent techs. Jay, Josh and Brent went above and beyond. Unfortunately, our back yard lights stopped working after they completed the initial job. They were out within 2 hours to fix the lights and stayed until they were back on. Great work guys, I am completely satisfied and will call S Electrical again to work on my house and will recommend your company to everyone who needs electrical work done. We cannot thank you enough for all of your hard work!

  So we were having a power issue when we plugged in any major appliance or anything that had a significant power draw such as a space heater refrigerator and like that, all other items in the house lights so on and so forth would show that they were not getting enough juice. They were at the house within an hour of our phone call within 10 minutes of being at the house they identified the problem. Said we needed to get a hold of the power company to to get in to the box outside and determine if it was our problem or Alabama Powers problem. Alabama power came out and confirmed what they had said that the problem was on Alabama power side. They were courteous professional extremely responsive I did not expect them to respond as quick as they did on a federal holiday if I could give these guys 10 Stars I would.
