  We chose this company because it was accredited by BBC. On August 21, 2021 Javier Saenz came to assess and determined that breakers and entire panel needed to be updated . Due to the fact that my kitchen appliances were flipping the breaker. Not sure if I am using correct electrical terminology. He received partial payment ($500) to purchase necessary parts to be used and gave me a receipt and agreed to return to start repair that same week. Upon their arrival that same week the work began. Once finished two of my mini splits were not working properly, that had never been a problem before.. They tried to fix the problem with the assistance of someone over the phone. And after many hours problems were supposedly fixed and entire payment was then given. Shortly after, electrical problems continued and Javier Saenz was notified to correct the problems. Breakers continue to flip, main electrical switch was not placed in panel box. We have continuously and politely tried to get Javier Saenz to come and repair what was originally agreed upon and Paid for but he hangs up when he hears our voice over the phone. It is now March 2022, We had another licensed electrician evaluate the work performed by Javier Saenz and we were informed that the work done was not done correctly. Wrong parts were used, ( indoor panel was used to instead of an outdoor) , wrong wiring. COMPLETE FIRE HAZARD!!!! We have given Mr Saenz many opportunities to correct this matter and he has failed to do so!!!! Please beware. He is doing business as JJ SAENZ ELECTRIC and SAENZ ELECTRIC
