  Great company to do business with. John is super responsive to emails & phone calls. We exchanged several emails before purchasing our generator in August and John made sure I understood the process and clarify any questions I had. Their staff is cordial, efficient, and helpful. At our installation appointment they make sure to clean up after themselves and kept me inform throughout the installation. Our final walkthrough was this past Thursday, and John didn’t hesitate to take care of my issue at 9pm. Which I’m very grateful for. I’m glad I chose a company that cares about customer long lasting relationships!!

  I can’t say enough good things about Johnny and the staff at Saft. We used Saft to rough in and complete our new build home. They are always on time and super helpful for any questions we had along the way. They had recommendations that we didn’t think of and we love everything about our new home! I couldn’t be happier with the job they did in our new home. I would highly recommend them!!

  Saft electric has done work for me on 3 occasions over the past year. They are always on time, professional, extremely knowledgeable and have no problem explaining what the issue is. There is piece of mind the job will get done and it will be done right the first time. I had an exterior generator hookup installed by Saft. When they came out to check a flood light that was malfunctioning they not only repaired the flood light, but checked on their previously installed generator hookup. They take pride in their work and that’s why I’m a loyal customer to them.
