  What exceptional service!!!!! Had a dump truck back into power pole in my yard causing it to lean over and break the security light that was on the pole. Called the Woodville office and within 30 minutes a service truck shows up straightens the pole and installed new security light. Were could you get that kind of service now days. EXCEPTIONAL....EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you Sam Houston Electric.

  The only issue we have had with them is that some of their options on their app to report an outage or a bad security light do not work. They never received multiple reports that we put in using the app. A quick phone call to them resulted in a fix the next day at our property though. Customer service reps are friendly, and the field people we have talked to are very friendly.
