  Great shopping. Its huge so its easy to get lost and not be able to find stuff. Great quality products in bulk and lots of staff everywhere to help you find things. I didn't find the customers shopping there all too friendly but whatever. Sampling available even during the pandemic which was nice BC I came in there hungry.

  I love this Sam's!! Always find what I need. Only issue is shopping online for pickup sometimes shows different, from what I see instore on my runs. It would also be nice to be able to speak to someone about a question over the phone and not be put on hold for more than 30min and than hung up on. Other than, I never have issues shopping here.

  Stopped to pickup store membership cards, looooong wait in line only 2 people handling returns and any service request. One went on break w/o replacement. The remaining lady worked her butt off. Good assortment of items and qty available. Round trip 140 miles, will only use if we have another reason (VA, military commissary, etc.) to travel to Colonial Heights or we are in another Sam's location. Second time, after visit to the VA my spouse did some minor shopping (only 10+ lb rolls of hamburger available and no chicken) purchased some paper goods and came home.
