    We have been using Sampsel at my place of employment for a little less than 2 years. Every tech who comes to work for us is kind, respectful, knowledgeable and has a great personality. The office staff is compassionate and on the ball. They have solved so many problems for us, I plan to use them for my home as well the next time we need help. Thank you for all of your good work. It is a pleasure to have your people around.

    Our hot water tank went and so we quoted a couple different companies to come out to replace it, Sampsel was the way to go, they did and amazing job the price was $425.00 cheaper than the other place, they were quick to schedule and on time. Also the women we spoke to a few times on the phone were so nice and friendly and were very helpful. To ALL of you THANK YOU

    Contacted Sampsel Plumbing, Heating and AC to repair our back flow for our sprinkler system. However, they did not show on our scheduled repair day, instead advised that they "were in the area" at an earlier time and checked the system. They went on to state that they needed to order a new part and that they would return the following week on Monday to make the repairs. 2 weeks later we still had NO communication with them and finally we called a real professional company to complete the work. That company came out 3 days later and fixed everything THAT day! No new part needed, and nothing ordered. The kicker is the fact that Sampsel is still charging their $90 service fee to us for doing NOTHING. Literally, they can't even prove they stopped by. When I contacted them I advised them that the back flow was cracked (it was very noticeable). So they already knew what needed to be done. Plain and simple find a different company. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with a company over charging and failing to follow through. Additional (due to Sampsel's rude response) - It's good to see that in your response your customer service is still rude and shoddy at best. I'm also happy that you brought up that it was "irreparable" as this just shows how poorly you do your diagnostics for customers. The actual PROFESSIONALS that fixed the system only had to change out a valve, NOT the entire back flow as your technician said was "irreparable". Quit selling your company as a hometown hero and start advising your customers that you are out there CHARGING for things that don't need repaired. I have no issue paying diagnostic fees or service call fees if the work is actually done properly. But just advising that the whole system needs replaced when it DOESN'T, just screams UNPROFESSIONAL and GREED. Enjoy your day.

    Would appreciate an honest review here Jarrod. YOU told our company to go out and try to FIX / REPAIR your backflow device, when we went out to diagnose the issue, we discovered it was irreparable. YOU then told our company to order a new one and install after it came in. You were informed that we would call you when the part came in, we also explained that our vendor was out of stock, and those would have to be sent to the vendor from the manufacturer. You actually had the backflow done by another company just TWO days after we were there, on friday, BEFORE the Monday you claimed we were supposed to "come out" (which we never quoted, as we said the vendor was out of stock and had to get an order in, not likely in 2 business days). We never even had a chance to get the part in, but no problem at all Jarrod, we just asked that you let us know you no longer needed our service, and pay for our service call for our technician to come out to your home, to try to fix your leak, before determining it was irreparable. I'm sorry that you feel you should have to pay for a diagnosis, (or return any calls to our office), but here at Sampsel, as you were well aware, our service calls are not free to diagnose. Enjoy your day!
