  No Show on initial call , came out 2 days later arrived 2 hours late. Made adjustment that he was not asked to make and could not get him back out to reverse

  I was charged $280.00 last week to get a Ring Doorbell installed. When the technician arrived, our power was out. He proceeded to put the doorbell in and told me to call him if I couldn't get it configured when the power came back on.. I called several times, the technician Bernard never came back.
