  Reliable service. Crazy with their late fees. By that I mean they will assess a late fee of $10 even if you pay your bill on the stated due date. This just happened to me for a bill that was due today and scheduled to be paid today.

  Always reliable! I'm so impressed with their handling of the winter storm. Their crews were out in the bitter cold to quickly resolve issues! And they kept their Facebook page updated! We did lose power due to a down line, but I was able to find info on what happened via Facebook and our power was restored within a few hours!

  Very friendly and helpful. Always call me by name when they hear my voice. Good to have hometown family people working for you. I have found those who write the bad reviews complain on the Facebook about everyone and anyone, they have no respect for anyone and they owe outstanding bills or can not figure their check book and blame others for their short comings.
