  My electricity went out in a recent lightening storm at a home I had just moved in to days before. San Isabel came out on a week end on Sunday evening and worked until 1:30 AM. At that time my power was restored and all was well. I greatly appreciate their dedication to their profession and taking time away from their families to make sure I and the few other homes along our remote dirt road had power. Thanks again for all you do!!

  Worst electric company in the united states. Power goes out every few days. 1/2 inch of snow n your heater goes out. Bagdad Iraq has a more reliable electric supply than Trinidad Colorado. Absolutely pitiful! Sitting in the dark and cold at 5am as usual, because we got a half inch of snow.... In the mountains in Colorado they are unable to deal with the most basic of electrical needs in the best weather you can expect in the winter. In 2weeks I've lost power for a total of 27hrs..... I live in town 4 blocks off main st. You are the absolutely worst excuse for an electric supplier. You truly are crap. You truly suck at your only purpose in the world. You need to be taken over by a company capable of doing the absolute basic task of your business.

  Power off 3 times in the last 30 days. It's 2 degrees outside! Thank God we are prepared with 2 generators and 20 gallons of gas on hand. SIE is so unreliable that we are looking into whole house generator backup system. What a joke. Their crews do their best to get power restored but with the obvious antiquated grid it is horrible.
