  Never have I been happy to deal with a utility company before. This is one company who understands the words "Customer Service"! Every time I call (most of the time if you are calling the power company it's not for the best reason) they are not only pleasant to work with but they go above and beyond EVERY time! A big thank you to Stacy, Mary, Kurt, and Toby and all of you there at SLVREC!

  What they've done to members with the new rate structure is shameful. A class action lawsuit should be filed against this "co-op". You're supposed to serve members, not screw them.

  SLREC is a pleasure to deal with. Their staff is intelligent, friendly and very helpful. Being able to set up electricity and internet service with a single phone call was a blessing....especially in this day of automated phone systems and long hold times for other utility and services staff to give you wrong information. SLREC Ciello internet service is the best and cheapest in this area. Thank you. Lin Barrett
